a. After receiving your order, we typically take 3 to 5 business days to carefully prepare, package, and ship your artwork. Weekends and public holidays are not included in this timeframe.
b. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances (such as courier delays or material shortages), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

2. Domestic Shipping (The Netherlands)

a. For shipments within the Netherlands, we work with PostNL, a trusted and reliable delivery partner.
b. Shipping costs for domestic orders are calculated based on the size, weight, and value of each artwork. Exact costs will be displayed during checkout.
c. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to track your shipment through the PostNL website.

3. International Shipping

a. For international deliveries, With Luuk partners with UPS, a globally recognized logistics company.
b. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination, size, weight, and chosen shipping method.
c. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and other fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges may vary depending on local regulations. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

4. Tracking and Delivery

a. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress via the respective carrier’s website (PostNL or UPS).
b. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. We provide estimated delivery dates; however, customs procedures or unexpected shipping delays may affect actual delivery times.
